- 1 glass Sour cream
- 6 cloves Garlic
- 2 tablespoons Curry
- 50 gram Ginger fresh
- 2 teaspoons Soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons Tomato paste
- 3 tablespoons Light beer / Beer water, broth, wine
- Chili pepper to taste

- 1,5 kg Chicken thighs
- 1,5 kg Potatoes

- The pickling time is not specified in the recipe. Grate the garlic and ginger on a coarse grater. Add sour cream, soy sauce, tomato paste, curry, hot pepper, salt and liquid (beer, or water, or wine, or broth). Mix everything thoroughly. Pour over the chicken, thoroughly smear all the pieces with marinade and send them to the refrigerator at least overnight. The cost is up to 3 days.
