Ingredients
Dough:
- 450 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 6 gram Yeast
- 50 ml Water
- 200 ml Milk
- 70 gram Vegetable oil
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 60 gram Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- Vanilin to taste
Streusel:
- 120 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 150 gram Sugar
- 100 gram Butter
Instructions
- In warm water, add yeast and half a teaspoon of sugar from the total amount. Stir and leave in a warm place to rise.
- Add salt, sugar and vanilla to the warm milk.
- Add yeast, vegetable oil and egg. Mix well.
- Gradually add the flour.
- Knead the soft dough. Put the dough in a bowl and cover with cling film. We make holes in the film. And leave in a warm place to rise for 1 hour.
- Add sugar and chilled butter to the flour.
- Grind into crumbs and divide into 4 parts. 3 parts for moving and 1 part for sprinkling buns on top.
- The dough came up.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangular layer. Sprinkle one half with streusel.
- Cover with the second half.
- Again, roll out into a rectangle, sprinkle with streusel, roll up. So we repeat it again. It turns out 3 layers. The last time we roll out in a layer of 24×32 cm 1.5 cm thick. Cut into 12 squares.
- Wrap the corners of the square to the center.
- Press down the edges a little to hold them together.
- Spread on a baking sheet and leave for proofing for 30 minutes. Grease with egg and sprinkle with streusel.
- Bake at 180*C for 25 minutes.
