- 350 gram Pumpkin
- 150 gram Onion
- 150 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 1 piece Onion
- 100 gram Bryndza Cheese
- 50 ml Corn oil + 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- 1/6 teaspoon Paprika sweet
- 1/6 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons Sesame to taste

- Finely chop the onion, fry in well-heated corn (sunflower refined, 2 tbsp.l.) oil until golden brown. Cut the pumpkin into medium-sized cubes (about 1.5 cm * 1.5 cm). Put the pumpkin in a frying pan with onions and, stirring constantly, cook the vegetables together for three minutes until the pumpkin is half done. The fire is active. The mass of already peeled vegetables is indicated.
- Turn the food processor on high power for a few seconds. (the nozzle "metal knife for grinding" is used) All ingredients are mixed evenly until fine crumbs are obtained. The dough is ready! You can prepare the dough by hand: mix the ingredients for the dough with a fork, and then rub the mass with your hands. Not as fast as when using technology, but everything turns out perfectly too.
