Quick Chicken Fillet "For Lovers" Recipe
Do you like quick recipes like me? If Yes, I present you our favorite dish, which is prepared in 30 minutes. And don't be intimidated by the large number of ingredients, most of which are seasonings. I cook it very often, because my sons are very fond of chicken meat in sauce. You can cook it as I do, very spicy, or you can not add seasonings, it will still turn out very tasty!

Ingredients
Marinade for chicken:
- 800 gram Chicken fillet
- 200 gram Yogurt Natural, I have Greek
- 1 tablespoon Adjika to taste
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 slice Ginger to taste
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Sweet paprika smoked
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper (any of your favorite peppers)
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric
Sauce:
- 500 gram Tomatoes mashed
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 slice Ginger
- 2 tablespoons Adjika
- 250 ml Cream
- 50 ml Dry white wine can be replaced with water or broth
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 50 gram Butter
- 1 tablespoon Honey
Instructions
- Prepare products for marinating chicken. Cut the chicken fillet into long strips.
- Mix sweet paprika, Cayenne pepper, salt, turmeric and 1 tablespoon of adjika with the yogurt. Grate the garlic and ginger and add to the yogurt.
- Add the yogurt to the meat, mix well, and put it in the refrigerator for marinating for 1-2 hours, as long as possible. It was night for me.
- Prepare the ingredients for the sauce. One onion is finely chopped, garlic and ginger are also finely chopped (I cut into small washers, we love when we come across pieces)
- Turn the oven on 200 degrees. Melt 25 grams of butter, fry the onion, garlic and ginger.
- Add sweet paprika, Cayenne pepper, salt and cinnamon and mix.
- Add 50 ml of wine ( ilibulion water), bring to a boil, and simmer for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the sauteed tomatoes and 2 tablespoons of adjika, bring to a boil, and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- At this time, the oven warmed up. Put the meat in a mold, preferably large, to get a low layer. Cook in the oven for 20 minutes, mix 1-2 times.
- Pour in the cream, add 1 tablespoon of honey and 25 grams of butter, bring to a boil.
- After 20 minutes, both the meat and sauce are ready. Remove the meat and add to the sauce, mix well, and simmer for 2 minutes.
- DONE!
- Serve with rice, bulgur or couscous.
