- 150 gram Chicken fillet
- 3 pieces Eggs
- 1 piece Carrot juice
- 200 gram Avocado
- 250 gram Green peas
- 1 piece Onion
Dressing
- 4 tablespoons Yogurt
- 1 teaspoon Mustard
- 1/2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- Allspice to taste
Instructions
- Boil the chicken fillet, and then cut into small cubes.
- Fresh cucumbers are also cut into small cubes.
- Cut the pickles in the same way into small cubes and put them in a bowl.
- Boil the carrots and cut them into small cubes too. We send it to a bowl.
- Cut the avocado in half, remove the stone and cut the pulp into cubes right in the peel, then spoon the pulp onto a cutting board so that the avocado does not darken, sprinkle with lemon juice and send it to a bowl.
- Boil the chicken eggs, peel and cut into cubes. Put it in a bowl.
- Finely chop the onion, send it to a bowl.
- Now add canned green peas to the salad. Stir the salad.
- Prepare the salad dressing: add lemon juice to the yogurt, add a mixture of peppers and salt to taste, any mustard.
- Fill the salad with the prepared dressing.
