- Lettuce leaves
- 1 piece Avocado
- 1 piece Cucumber
- 4-5 pieces Radish
- 100 gram Salmon
- Mozzarella
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 pinch Sugar
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Cut the avocado in half, remove the stone, remove the pulp from the peel and cut into slices. Add to the salad. In a small container with a tight lid, shake the oil, vinegar, salt and sugar well until they dissolve. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix very carefully, so as not to mash the avocado.
