Salad with Celery and Radishes Recipe
I really like celery, more petiolate and root. I can crunch it like an apple. By the way, I am completely indifferent to apples, except for apple pies. I constantly use celery, add it to soups and second courses, and also cook salads from it. Here is one of them.

Ingredients
- Lettuce leaves
- 2 pieces Celery root
- 4-6 pieces Radish
- 1 piece Cucumber
- 1/2 pieces Red sweet pepper
- Dill, parsley to taste
- Green Onion to taste
- 2 tablespoons Sunflower oil
- Vinegar to taste
- 1/2 teaspoons Sugar
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Cut the salad into pieces with your hands.
- Cut the vegetables into thin slices. Add the celery successively to the bowl.
- Radish.
- Cucumber.
- Green Onion.
- Greens and bell peppers. Mix everything thoroughly in a deep bowl. Sprinkle with sugar and salt, drizzle with oil and vinegar and mix gently again.
