Ingredients
Salad
- 250 gram Shrimps (garlic or ginger marinade)
- 100 gram Cherry tomatoes
- 1 piece Bell pepper
- 1 piece Onion red
- 1 piece Celery root
Seasoning
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- Lemon juice (to taste)
- Allspice (to taste)
- 1 pinch Sugar
Instructions
- Pepper, onion and celery cut into small cubes, cherry tomatoes cut into halves.
- Peel the shrimps and either cut them into slices, or use them whole, adding them to vegetables (leave a few shrimps with tails for decoration). Shrimps can be bought ready-made, or you can pickle them yourself by mixing them with garlic, chopped herbs, lemon juice and vegetable oil.
- Mix the ingredients for the dressing, pour it into the salad, mix. Arrange the salad on serving plates or glasses and garnish with whole shrimp.
