Salad with Trout Recipe
A great salad for a full dinner or lunch. Light due to vegetables and hearty due to trout and eggs. You can also add caramelized onions and corn to this salad.

Instructions
The photo shows the necessary ingredients.
Peel the fresh trout from the bones, fry on both sides for 3-4 minutes.
Boil the eggs for 4 minutes in boiling water and remove the shell.
Put the washed arugula on a plate.
Then lay out the chopped tomatoes and fish.
Then lay out the chopped eggs and avocado.
Drizzle with lime juice, soy sauce and sesame oil. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and finely chopped dill.
