Base:
- 400 gram Minced meat Minced sausage
- 10 gram Parsley
- 1 teaspoon Mustard
Filling:
- 5 pieces Chicken eggs
- 10 gram Flour wheat / Flour
Breading:
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 100 gram Bread crumbs / breading
- 50 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 200 ml vegetabe oil for fry
Instructions
- In boiling water, put the eggs, boil for 5 minutes, so the yolk will remain liquid.
- Using a spoon, we take out the minced meat from the sausages.
- Add the minced meat, chopped parsley, a teaspoon of Dijon mustard, mix everything well.
- Boiled eggs are rolled in flour.
- Take 80 g of minced meat, cover on both sides with cling film, using a rolling pin, roll out the minced meat in a small circle.
- Lightly moisten your hands with water, take the minced meat, put an egg in the middle, wrap the minced meat, carefully shape it.
- Roll in flour.
- Dip in beaten eggs.
- Cover with breadcrumbs.
- In a well-heated oil, fry until golden brown.
