We take the appropriate form. I took a ceramic one and smeared it with 1 h l of olive oil. On the bottom of the form, I laid out a part of the carrots, cut at random. I filled all the empty spaces with broccoli, leftover carrots, and string beans. I poured lemon juice over everything. I put onion rings and lemon slices on top of the fish. If you can not do without salt, then add a little salt. Sprinkle with your favorite spices. Cover with foil and put in the oven for 30 minutes at t-180 C. Next, remove the foil and bake nicely on top for another 10-15 minutes at the same temperature.
