Ingredients
Crumb:
- 100 gram Butter
- 100 gram Oat flakes
- 100 gram Pine nuts
- 80 gram Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 tablespoons Flour wheat / Flour
Strawberry layer:
- 500 gram Strawberries
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla sugar
- 100 gram Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Corn starch
Instructions
- For crumbs: oatmeal flakes are slightly crushed in a blender.
- Fry the peanuts and let them cool.
- Chop the cooled peanuts in a blender to small pieces.
- In a bowl, combine the pieces of butter, sugar and a pinch of salt.
- Add the crushed oat flakes and peanuts.
- Pour in the flour and RUB your hands into the crumbs.
- For the strawberry layer: wash the strawberries and remove the tails. Add sugar, vanilla sugar and corn starch. Gently mix.
- Put the strawberries in the mold (the diameter of my mold is 20 cm).
- Spread the crumbs on top of the entire surface.
- Send to bake in a preheated 180-degree oven for 35-40 minutes (we focus on the Golden color of the crust).
- Remove the ready dessert from the oven, let it cool down a little and serve it to the table!
