If you like to chat with friends by inviting them to visit, prepare this ladies' liqueur for them. I assure you, my friends will be happy and, of course, will ask for the recipe. PS: Cognac is well stored at home until the next berry season!

Ingredients
- 2 glasses Assorted berries
- 600 gram Cane sugar
- 2 liters Water
- 1 liter Vodka
- 2 handful Cherry leaf
- 30 gram Lemon acid
Instructions
- Rinse two glasses of berries under cold boiled water. Berries can be any to your taste - strawberries, apricots, currants, raspberries, cherries, cranberries, dogwood. I have a berry assortment of raspberries, red and black currants.
- Rinse the cherry leaves in boiled cold water.
- Put the cherry leaves and assorted berries in a saucepan.
- Add cane sugar.
- Pour in the water. Put the pan on the fire. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat and cook for 15 minutes. Then remove from the heat and cool completely.
- Strain the cooled berry syrup through two layers of gauze, trying not to mash the berry.
- Add citric acid to the berry syrup.
- Pour in the vodka. Mix well. And bottle it. After a day, you can already try it. I recommend to cool the liquid well before using it.
