Ingredients
Dough:
- 800 gram Chicken fillet
- 900 ml Kefir
- 8 tablespoons Flour wheat / Flour
- 4 pieces Chicken eggs
- 1,5 teaspoons Baking powder
- 1 gram Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Filling:
- 450 gram Mayo
- 4 pieces Processed cheese
- 1 bunch Dill
- 100 gram Green olives
- 6 pieces Marinade cucumber
Instructions
- Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces.
- Pass through a meat grinder and add eggs. Mix well.
- Add kefir. Whisk well.
- Add flour, salt, pepper and baking powder.
- Mix well. The dough is ready.
- Fry the pancakes until golden brown.
- I got 16 pancakes.
- Preparing the filling. Grate the melted cheese on a grater.
- Finely chop the olives.
- Finely chop the cucumbers and squeeze out the excess liquid.
- Chop the dill.
- Add greens and cucumbers to the cheese. Squeeze the garlic through a press.
- Add mayonnaise. Mix well.
- Assemble the cake.
- Brush each pancake with the filling and sprinkle with olives. And so on until the end.
