Vanilla Buns "Easter" Recipe
I am sharing with you a recipe for fragrant vanilla buns. I can only use vanilla, baking powder and pastry decorations. I looked at something similar on the website without a prescription. Buns are prepared easily, the result is excellent. If you don't decorate, we can take you to nature and out of town.

Ingredients
- 600 gram Flour wheat / Flour more/less and on the cutting surface 2-3 tablespoons
- 200 gram Sour cream 42% fat
- 10 gram Dry yeast
- 3 tablespoons Sugar to taste
- 50 gram Butter
- 120 milliliters Water in dough
- 1 piece Chicken egg large
- 1 pinch Salt
- 10 gram Baking powder
- 5 gram Vanilla sugar
- Sprinkles sweet shop
Instructions
- In a bowl, pour warm water, sour cream, melted butter, egg, sugar, yeast. Mix well with a whisk.
- Gradually add flour with baking powder and vanilla sugar. Knead the dough with a spatula.
- Sprinkle a little on the cutting surface, lay out the dough, assemble it into a ball with your hands. Try not to beat the flour, the photo shows that the dough is without flour on the table, the dough sticks to your hands a little, put it in a bowl to rise for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes, beat the dough a little and leave for another 30 minutes.
- Cut into two parts, one part of the roll "sausage" cut into flat parts. Do the same with the second part, form rolls weighing 45-50grams. Dilute the egg yolk with a small amount of milk, brush the buns.
- Place the buns on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. To prevent the paper from slipping off, I smeared the paper with a wet hand on the back side. We put it in the oven at 180" for 15-20 minutes, watch your technique. Buns are baked quickly. Buns in the oven.
- Decorate according to your taste. I have sprinklers from Dr. Etker. Icing of powdered sugar is ready. Decorate with pastry sprinkles.
