Ingredients
Dough:
- 260 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 100 gram Butter
- 25 gram Yeast extruded
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 60 ml Milk
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
Filling:
- 100 gram Cottage cheese 5%
- 1 tablespoon Sour cream
- 1 piece Egg white
- 1 pack Vanilin
- 3 tablespoons Sugar
- Jam
Additionally:
- 2 tablespoons Sugar powder
Instructions
- Make crumbs from butter, sugar and flour.
- Add the egg yolks.
- Yeast and salt are diluted in warm milk. Add to the flour mixture.
- Knead the dough and put it away in the cold.
- Meanwhile, beat cottage cheese with sugar and sour cream in a blender, add vanilla.
- Beat the egg whites to peaks and add to the curd filling.
- Roll out the dough on parchment, carefully transfer to a baking sheet, put the curd filling in the middle. Make jam strips. You can take any jam, I have raspberry.
- Carefully wrap the edges of the biscuit. Use a wooden stick to make streaks on the filling.
- Bake in a hot oven at t-180 * for 25-30 minutes. When ready, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Enjoy your meal!
