Zucchini a la "Nuggets" Recipe
I want to treat you to a dish of zucchini in a crunchy cheese crust, which can be a great snack for foam. In the recipe, I use two cooking methods. Come in, try it and choose the right one for yourself. Both options are juicy and crispy.

Ingredients
- 2 pieces Zucchini
- 250 gram Hard cheese
- 4 pieces Chicken eggs
- 1 glass Bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons Flour wheat / Flour
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric
- 1 teaspoon Seasoning (Provence herbs)
- 1 glass Vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Grate the cheese, add the eggs and grind with an immersion blender.
- Add all the spices and mix. If the cheese is not salty enough, you can add a little salt.
- Cut the zucchini into portions about 1.5-2 cm thick.
- Put the chopped zucchini in a bowl, add salt and mix. Wait until the surface of the zucchini becomes wet.
- Add the flour. In order for the flour to be evenly distributed on the surface, cover with a plate and shake well.
- Lower a piece of zucchini first into the egg-cheese mixture, and then into the breadcrumbs.
- Fry in preheated vegetable oil until golden brown.
- Plan the second zucchini as well as the first. Place on a baking sheet and bake in the oven until golden brown.
- Ready-made zucchini to get out of the oven. Put it on the grill and let it cool down a little.
