  1. Boil chicken liver (150 gr.), pass through a meat grinder, add salt and ground black pepper to taste. Chop the onion into small cubes. Add 2 tablespoons of melted butter to the pan and saute the onion until Golden. Cook rice (4 tablespoons) in salted water until Al dente. In a bowl, combine the components of the filling for baking, adjust the salt to taste, add a little broth. The filling should turn out to be tender and soft in consistency.
