- 50 gram Cucumber
- Dill to taste
- 1.5 tsp. Mayonnaise
- 20 gram Hard cheese
- Salt to taste
- Sweet paprika (for decoration) - to taste
- Lettuce leaves

Instructions
- Put the yolks in a separate container and mash them with a fork.
- Add chopped shrimp, fresh cucumber, dill greens, cheese grated on a fine grater, salt to taste and season with mayonnaise.
- Mix and fill the protein halves.
- Place on lettuce leaves and garnish with shrimp and sweet paprika.
