- Combine the liquid component with the dry components (flour, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, salt). If desired, you can add vanilla sugar to the dough. Knead the dough, stirring it with a silicone spatula from the bottom up. Do not knead the dough for a long time, otherwise it will become heavy and dense.
- Grease the baking dish with oil and sprinkle with a small amount of flour. Shake off excess flour. Put the prepared dough in the form. Spread the Apple slices twisted into flowers on top. The remaining Apple slices are distributed around the flower blanks in any order. Top the apples with a small amount of melted butter and sprinkle with cane sugar. Bake the pie in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for about one hour. Check the baking readiness with a wooden splinter. When serving, dust the cake with powdered sugar on top.
