- All vegetables are washed and cleaned. The number is, of course, conditional. It depends on which vegetables you prefer. For example, I can't eat potatoes, so it's not enough. Cut the potatoes into slices and boil until half cooked in salted water. It will take about 10 minutes. The author suggests potatoes in the peel, I don't like this option.
