- Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Pour flour into a bowl and break an egg into it. Add a pinch of salt and a little black pepper, add grated cheese, add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and one tablespoon of water, knead the dough! Moisten your hands with water, take the dough and roll it into balls with a diameter of 2 cm and put it in a saucepan, add the bay leaf and cook for another 15 minutes.
