- 6 pieces Phyllo dough 6 to 8 sheets of phyllo dough
- 6 pieces Apples not large, preferably sweet and sour, hard apples
- 2/3 glass Raisin pre-soak in cold water, preferably at night
- 70 gram Cookies Preferably without additives and fillers with different flavors. Regular, simple cookies
- 100 gram Butter may need a little more, pre-oil must be melted. It is necessary for the lubrication sheets of phyllo dough
- 1 tablespoon Sugar powder for sprinkling ready strudel

- Pre-defrost the dough. Lightly sprinkle the surface of the table with flour or lubricate with a thin layer of oil, vegetable oil is possible.
