- 4 pieces Apples preferably sour, but not necessarily
- 900 gram Dough puff unleavened
- 100 gram Butter
- 200 gram Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Cinnamon
- 200 gram Cookies
- 150 gram Walnuts
- 2-3 pieces Egg yolk
- 2-4 tablespoons Sugar powder

- Close the strudel with an envelope, as in my photo.. Grease the top with yolk. To get an additional pair, make a couple of cuts diagonally. Place the finished products on a lightly oiled baking sheet or cover with baking paper. Bake in a preheated 180 * C oven for 15-20 minutes, the baking time depends on your oven.
