- 400 gram Veal fillet
- 30 gram Salt (sea coarse)
- 10 gram A mixture of spices
- 20 gram Truffle white truffle Paste with Parmesan
- 4 tablespoons Brown sugar 2 tablespoons in marinade, 2 tablespoons in chutney
- 4 tablespoons Olive oil 2 for marinade, 2 for slow cooker
- 5 gram Paprika sweet
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 piece Onion red

- This recipe consists of 3 stages and, ideally, is prepared within 2 days, but we still speed up the process and cook it for 6-7 hours 🙂 Step 1: we will need a piece of veal and brine (500 ml. warm water, a mixture of sea salt and pepper) We lower our meat into the brine and put it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, and ideally for a day.
