- Fry the meat in vegetable oil until it is browned. Over high heat, stirring occasionally. The amount of oil depends on the fat content of the meat. Pour 150 ml of boiling water, add salt and simmer the meat over low heat for 30-40 minutes until the liquid completely boils away. Send the chopped onion to the meat. Fry over medium heat for 4-5 minutes.
