- 1/2 pieces Avocado
- 1 handful Lettuce leaves
- 1 bunch Arugula
- 4 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Mustard (Dijon)
- 1/2 teaspoons Honey

- All ingredients are listed for 2 servings, but the process in the photo is shown for 1 serving. I hope you won't be ashamed. =) Wash the lettuce leaves and arugula, dry them, and tear them coarsely. Cherry tomatoes cut into halves (I had a regular tomato). In my opinion, it tastes better with cherries.))) Peel the avocado and cut into slices. Do the same with pineapple.
