- Cut carrots into half rings in the same way as onions. Cut the celery into small cubes. Put the fried vegetables in a small amount of vegetable oil. When the vegetables begin to brown, add the bell pepper, cut into medium cubes. Chop the garlic and ginger quite finely. Add to the vegetables and continue to fry everything together for another 5-7 minutes.
- Pre-boil the pork and cool it. It's better to do it a day earlier. Boil the funchosa according to the instructions on the package, put it in a colander and rinse in cold water. Let the excess liquid drain. Add pork, cut into strips, and hot pepper, cut into slices, to the vegetables. we do not peel the pepper from the seeds. Fry with vegetables for a couple of minutes. Turn down the heat. Pour in the teriyaki sauce, stir and simmer for a couple of minutes.
