- The first stage of cooking is frying meat in oil with the addition of seasonings. In order for the flavor of seasonings to fully open, you need to pour oil on a heated frying pan, and then add seasonings, mix with a spatula and only then add meat. Fry until soft. If desired, you can put it on a napkin to remove excess oil.
- Then boil the pasta in salted water. It took me 11 minutes to make al dente. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Then put the pasta in a baking dish and prepare an omelet. In a separate bowl, mix the milk, salt, egg and beat a little with a fork, then add a little cheese and mix with the pasta until they cool down. Stir immediately, as the cheese will melt instantly.
