        For cutlets:    
                - 1 piece Zucchini
 - 2 pieces Apple
 - 1 piece Onion
 - 2 cloves Garlic
 - 1 piece Egg white
 - 1 bunch Dill
 - 0,5 teaspoon Seasoning for meat
 - 3 tablespoons Sunflower oil
 - 2 tablespoons Bread crumbs / breading
 - 460 gram Pork fillet
 - Salt to taste
 - Black pepper to taste
 
        For the dough:    
                - 500 gram Puff pastry
 - 1 tablespoon Sunflower oil
 - 8 tablespoons Cheese hard
 - 1 tablespoon Sour cream
 
        Sauce:    
                - 1 tablespoon Tomato paste or tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
 - 2 tablespoons Sour cream can be replaced with homemade. mayonnaise
 - 1 tablespoon Processed cheese
 - 1 tablespoon Sunflower oil
 - 0,5 teaspoon Seasoning dry - "a mixture of herbs"
 - 1 clove Garlic
 - Salt to taste

    Instructions
    
                - Put the Apple slices and zucchini in a bowl and fill with water. Cover the bowl with a lid (I have a plate) and put it in the microwave. Boil until soft slices. Don't overdo it! I cooked for 3 times and each time checked the flexibility of the slices. Then drain the water from the bowl and cool the slices. Cut the zucchini slices in half.
