- You can choose any meat, I cooked with pork, spatula. Wash the meat, dry it, and cut it into large pieces. Prepare the marinade. On a fine grater, grate the ginger and 3-4 cloves of garlic, add the remaining ingredients: soy sauce, mustard, olive oil, ketchup, honey, salt, pepper, stir well and marinate the meat. It is advisable to spend more time for marinating, leave the meat in the refrigerator overnight.
