- Next, you need to distribute it into molds. It all depends on your preferences and the filling you will use (more on this later). I baked baskets of very thick, painfully delicious dough)) I just divided it into parts and distributed it by hand into molds (I got 5 pieces out of half of the specified norm of products). You can roll out the dough, cut out circles and also spread out into shapes. Now you need to put the dough in the refrigerator, let it cool down a little, and at this time preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- Now bring the soaked agar-agar to a boil and gently add it to the cream, continuing to whisk. Here is such a fragrant, airy and at the same time dense mass is obtained. A little bit about the amount of cream: I made half a portion of the base and cream, the baskets turned out to be lush, it can be seen in the photo, there was not much cream. And I have almost half of it left. So it all depends on the shape, keep that in mind)
- Start collecting baskets. For the filling, you can use fresh or canned berries or, like me, just the same jam. Remember when I said I'd tell you about the stuffing later? That's exactly what it was) And what I get is up to thickness. A lot of dough was suitable for jam filling, but for berries you can make baskets and thinner.
