- Put the eggs and sugar in the bowl of the mixer. Beat until a yellow and airy mass forms. Add the melted butter and chocolate. Beat. Add the crumbly mixture. Beat. Grease the baking dish (22x28cm) with butter and sprinkle with flour. Shake off excess flour. Place the chocolate dough on a baking sheet.
