- 2 pieces Apples
- 1 tablespoon Molasses
- 1 tablespoon Melted butter
Instructions
- RUB cottage cheese through a sieve, mix with sour cream and sugar, salt. Add the semolina and egg, mix and set aside for 10 minutes to swell the semolina.
- At this time, prepare the caramelized apples. Wash them, remove the core, cut into cubes.
- In a frying pan, heat the melted butter, fry the apples, medium heat, 2-3 minutes. Pour in the molasses and simmer for another couple of minutes. Do not mix intensively, shaking, try to save the Apple slices.
- Transfer to a serving container.
- Divide the curd mass into 5 balls.
