- 400 gram Chicken fillet
- 1 piece Avocado
- 2 pieces Onion red
- 1 piece Orange
- 3 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons Sunflower oil
- 1 pinch Sugar

- 3 tablespoons Olive oil

- Everything you need. I reduced the amount of ingredients by half. Wash the chicken breast, dry it with a paper towel and cut into strips. Heat the pan well and fry the chicken pieces on both sides in sunflower oil until golden brown. Divide the orange into slices, peel (if possible) from the shells and cut into 4 parts (if the slices are large, you can make them smaller). Peel the avocado, cut it into thin strips, put it in a bowl and pour 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
