Chocolate Brownies Recipe
When I want something chocolate, I cook brownies, it's very simple and fast. When baking, such an amazing chocolate flavor spreads! The right cakes with a break on the cake and a moist middle. It is delicious both hot, take with a spoon, and cold, cut into pieces. Very, very tasty and chocolate!

Ingredients
- 100 gram Milk chocolate 80%
- 300 gram Sugar
- 5 pieces Chicken eggs
- 5 tablespoons Cocoa powder
- 200 gram Butter
- 1,5 glass Flour wheat / Flour
- 0,5 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 teaspoon Vegetable oil
Instructions
- Beat eggs with sugar with a mixer into a fluffy mass.
- Break the chocolate, add the butter.
- And melt it in a water bath.
- Be sure to sift flour and cocoa, add baking powder and salt. To interfere.
- Combine all three into one mass.
- And stir. The dough should be of medium consistency.
- The baking dish (take it with a margin, the dough will increase in volume), grease with oil and sprinkle with flour. Pour the dough into the mold (I sprinkled nuts crushed in chocolate on top).
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake brownies for 20-25 minutes, no more!
- More hot cakes. You can eat with a spoon, washed down with tea.
