Ingredients
For the dough:
- 165 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 150 gram Cane sugar
- 70 milliliters Milk
- 125 gram Margarine cream
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs +1 yolk
- 2 tablespoons Cocoa powder
- 1,5 gram Vanilin
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 100 gram Halva
For the cream:
- 200 gram Sugar powder
- 75 gram Margarine cream
- 50 milliliters Milk
- 7 tablespoons Cocoa powder
Instructions
- Prepare the DOUGH for the cupcake. Cream margarine mixed with sugar. Add one egg + yolk to the mixture, mix and beat with a mixer.
- Separately, in another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, vanilla and cocoa powder. Sift.
- And add the dry mixture one tablespoon at a time to the egg mass. Mix it.
- Last of all, add warm milk.
- And beat with a mixer. The dough turns out to be homogeneous in consistency, similar to thick sour cream.
- Spread the dough into molds (12 pcs.). Fill out 2/3 of the form. If you have silicone molds, then you do not need to lubricate them with oil. Cut the halva into ~ 1.5 cm * 1.5 cm cubes with a hot knife and place the halva in the middle of the cake. Place a baking tray with cupcakes in a preheated oven to t 175 C for 20 minutes. check the readiness with a dry toothpick. The finished cupcakes are cooled in molds, and then taken out of them.
- While the cupcakes are baking, prepare the CREAM. Grind the sugar in a coffee grinder. We will need 200 grams of powdered sugar. Mix a spoonful of powdered sugar with creamy margarine. It turns out a very thick mixture. Add the sifted cocoa to the mass. Enter one tablespoon of each. And at the end, pour in warm milk. Beat the chocolate mass with a mixer. I whipped for a long time, 10-15 minutes and decided to speed up the process.
- I heated the water to a boil, turned on a very quiet fire and put the bowl on the mug without touching the water, and continuously whipped until the cream acquired such a brilliant chocolate color.
- Put the warm cream in a bag. Take any head for the bag. I have an asterisk. And decorate the cupcakes on top. I was still missing some cream inside the cupcakes.
- You can sprinkle chocolate chips or coconut chips on top, or sprinkle cream with cocoa powder. Choose for every taste!
