Chocolate Pudding Recipe
I propose to cook and pamper your guests with chocolate pudding at the feasts! It is not easy to cook it, but from very simple and completely accessible products! In general, a minimum of effort ..., a little willpower (wait until the pudding reaches the desired consistency ...) and you will get a delicious chocolate dessert - a completely natural product!!! Children like this delicacy... And not only them!

Ingredients
- 150 gram Butter
- 180 gram Dark chocolate
- 160 gram Sugar
- 80 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 800 ml Milk
- 200 gram Whipped cream for decoration
Instructions
- First of all, break the chocolate into small pieces. Put the milk in a saucepan to boil.
- In another saucepan, put the butter, cut into pieces, and put it on the fire. As soon as the butter starts to melt, add the sugar and mix.
- Add the chocolate pieces, mix well until smooth (preferably with a whisk).
- Add the sifted flour in parts, stirring constantly.
- It is important to mix the chocolate mixture thoroughly at each stage until a homogeneous mass is obtained...
- When the mixture acquires a homogeneous consistency, without lumps, gradually add hot milk.
- As soon as the cream begins to boil, keep on fire for 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly. It will acquire a thick, silky texture.
- Pour the resulting cream into the molds. Cool slightly and refrigerate, preferably overnight. The pudding should be frozen!
- As soon as the pudding hardens, just flip the mold and put the dessert on a serving dish! Silicone pudding turns out without any problems! If you use an iron mold, it can be carefully lowered into warm water beforehand, and then turned onto a dish, this will facilitate the process of removing the pudding from the mold.
- Whisk the cream and decorate the pudding as desired...
