Cottage Cheese Dessert with Cookies "Hut" Recipe
A healthy, delicious dessert in the form of a house will be enjoyed by the whole family. Even the little king here is unlikely to refuse such a delicacy. On a hot summer day, this dessert will become a lifesaver, since you do not have to turn on the oven.

Ingredients
- 300 gram Cottage cheese
- 3 tablespoons Sour cream
- 3 tablespoons Sugar
- Vanilin to taste
- 1,5 tablespoons Cocoa powder
- 18 pieces Cookies
- 70 ml Milk
- 60 gram Dark chocolate
Instructions
- In a blender, whisk cottage cheese, sugar, sour cream and vanilla until smooth.
- Place the foil on a cutting board. Put 3 biscuits on the foil in the form of a circle, having previously dipped them in warm boiled milk.
- Spread 2 tablespoons of curd mass on the cookies with a slide, smooth it out.
- Cover with the second row of cookies, also dipping it in milk. Then cover again with the curd mass. So make 4 rows of cookies.
- Add cocoa and 1 tsp sugar to the remaining curd mass. Mix well.
- Put the chocolate-curd mass on the 4th layer of cookies.
- Put 6 pieces of cookies in the form of a lid on top of the chocolate-curd mixture, having previously dipped the cookies in milk.
- Wrap in foil and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Then cover the chocolate roof of the house and put it in the refrigerator to solidify the chocolate.
- Cottage cheese for this dessert is desirable to take tender and non-acidic.
- Enjoy with tea and coffee.
