- 200 gram Couscous
- 50 gram Walnuts
- 250 gram Grape
- 1 piece Pomegranate (juice)
- 1 bunch Lettuce leaves
- 0.5 teaspoons Curry
- 1 bunch Parsley
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- Allspice to taste

- To make a salad of chicken, grapes, nuts and half the Basil. Pour citrus juices and sprinkle with curry powder. Salad mixed with couscous. Remove to steep in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour (I like to put on the night).P. S. at First it may seem that too much citrus juice. But don't worry, cous-cous will take it all away.
