- Grease the mold with vegetable oil and sprinkle a little flour, shake off excess flour. I have a Teflon shape, the size is 28 cm. You can take a shape of a smaller diameter, the biscuit will be thicker, you can, more, respectively, the cake will be thinner. In my opinion, 28 cm is the best option - the dough turned out just right. Pour the dough into the mold and send it to the preheated oven, bake at medium temperature until ready (check with a toothpick, if dry - ready). The baking time depends on the characteristics of your oven, I baked for 20 minutes.
- Prepare the filling according to the instructions on the package. I have this colorless cake jelly. The contents of the package should be mixed with 2 tablespoons of sugar, gradually introduce water, mix thoroughly. Bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and cool for 2-3 minutes.
