Mince meat:
- 300 gram Pork
- 100 gram Onion

Additionally:
- 150 gram bacon
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Prepare minced meat by grinding meat and onions in a meat grinder, grate on a coarse grater. Add salt, pepper and mix.
- Prepare portion molds with a volume of 250 - 300 ml.. Grease the bottom and walls with bacon. I must say, this time I was very disappointed with the bacon - it broke and did not want to split into beautiful strips, probably it was frozen.
- Fill the forms with half of the minced meat, make a recess and pour out the eggs.
- Add salt to the egg and carefully cover with minced meat on top.
- "Stuff" with bacon.
- Bake in the oven at a temperature of 190-200 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Until the clear juice is released.
- Serve hot. Enjoy your meal.
