For the convenience of cooking, I lay out all the necessary products on the table in advance.
In a deep bowl, break the egg, pour in the milk, add salt. Mix with a whisk until smooth.
In the egg mixture, add finely chopped red sweet pepper (seeds and veins are removed in advance).
Next, add finely chopped parsley (pre-washed in water) to the bowl.
I grate the cheese on a fine grater. I add it to the dough. Stir.
Mix the flour with baking powder. Add half the flour to the dough.
I begin to knead the dough for bread. At the beginning, I mix it with a spoon.
Then I add the remaining flour and collect the dough in a tight ball. For the convenience of kneading, you can slightly lubricate your hands with vegetable oil.
You do not need to knead the dough for a long time. The ingredients just need to come together in a homogeneous lump.
Sprinkle the work surface with flour and roll the dough into a circle (about 1 cm thick). The diameter of the circle should correspond to the diameter of the pan on which the bread will be fried.
I cut the circle of dough with a knife into 8 parts.
I pour sunflower oil into a preheated frying pan. Carefully transfer the bread to the pan. Fry the bread on medium heat for 10 minutes on each side.
I put the finished bread on a plate and serve it to the table.
