- Cold cookies dip from all sides in warm icing and put on parchment. The layer is thin. You can also dip the cookie halves in it. And another option - you can dip the top of the cookies and put them in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. Then dip the bottom of the cookies and put on parchment and put in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. This way the chocolate will solidify more evenly.
