- 200 milliliters Kefir
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 7 gram Dry yeast
- 80 gram Green olives seedless
- 70 gram Cheese hard
- 2 twigs Green Onion
- 100 gram Vegetable oil
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 500 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- Khmeli-suneli to taste
- Sugar to taste

- Meanwhile, cut the green olives into large rings (I cut each olive into 3 parts), cut the cheese into cubes and do not forget to chop the green onions. Mix everything together. Pour 100 ml of vegetable oil into the yeast mixture, add suneli hops to taste, as well as chopped olives, cheese and onions. Mix thoroughly, add 1 egg and gradually pour in the sifted flour.
