Ingredients
- 160 gram Sugar
- 200 gram Butter
- 230 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 400 gram Dried fruits 100 grams: raisins, dried apricots, prunes and cherries
- 10 gram Baking powder
- 0,5 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 2 pieces Cloves
- 150 ml Orange juice
- 180 gram Chicken eggs
Instructions
- Mix orange juice, cinnamon, cloves and dried fruits. Bring to a boil. Cool, cover with a film (so that it adheres to the fruit) and leave to infuse for 10-12 hours.
- Whisk the butter and sugar.
- Continuing to beat, add the eggs. Then slowly add flour and baking powder to the whipped mass.
- Remove the slices from the dried fruits and combine them with the dough.
- Bake at 150 degrees for about 80 minutes. We check the readiness with a skewer. The cooled cake is decorated and served on the table.
