Ingredients
Dough:
- 150 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 100 gram Corn starch
- 70 gram Cocoa powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 200 gram Butter
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 100 gram Powdered sugar
- 1 pack Vanilla sugar
- Baking powder
Cream:
- 40 gram White chocolate
- 100 gram Cream cheese
- 50 gram Sugar powder
- Vanilin to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the dry ingredients: sift flour, starch, cocoa and baking powder. Add salt and mix everything together.
- Add egg, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar to the softened butter. Beat with a whisk or mixer into a smooth homogeneous mass.
- Mix the oil mixture with the dry one and knead the soft dough. Divide it into two parts, form a tortilla with your hands. Wrap it in plastic wrap or a plastic bag and put it in the refrigerator for at least half an hour.
- For the cream, melt the white chocolate in the microwave or in a water bath. Add cream cheese at room temperature and vanilla on the tip of a knife. Mix well. Transfer to a pastry bag and send to the refrigerator to cool slightly. If there is no pastry bag, you can put it in a tight plastic bag, and then cut off the tip or spread it just with a spoon.
- Remove one part of the dough from the refrigerator, put it on parchment paper, cover with a second piece of parchment and roll out thinly. The dough crumbles, so it is easier to roll it out.
- We choose a slice that is close in size to the original liver, I took a glass and squeezed out the cookies. Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment.
- If desired, you can squeeze cookies onto the blanks to give a resemblance to the original. To do this, I took the original cookies and squeezed out a few cookies from it, but it's not very convenient to do. I also took the lid from an ordinary plastic bottle with a small pattern and squeezed it out with it. I liked it that way more.
- Bake the cookies in a preheated 180 degree oven for 10 minutes. But if you keep an eye on your oven, it may take a little longer or a little less time. leave the finished cookies until completely cooled.
- Take one half of the cookies, squeeze out the cream and cover with the other half. Our oreo is ready! Serve with tea and enjoy! Enjoy your meal!
