- 130 milliliters Kefir
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs

- 0,5 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Vanilin
- 3 tablespoons Vegetable oil

- Put the crushed pumpkin and apple in a bowl. I added cottage cheese, broke eggs, poured cream, kefir and butter. Add sugar, salt, vanilla and baking powder. Mix the contents of the bowl well with a hand blender and sift the flour. Mix the dough again until smooth. It turned out something like a thick dough. Knead the dough the way you like it best. Reduce the amount of flour or add more.
