- 3 twigs Thyme
- 1 teaspoon A mixture of spices
- 50 ml Cream
- 1 teaspoon Paprika sweet
- 4 gram Agar-agar
- 100 ml Broth
- 150 gram Salmon lightly salted
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Fill the fish with water so that it only covers it. Add thyme, bay leaf, pepper and salt. Cook for 15-20 minutes. Strain the finished broth and separate the fish from the bones. Prepare cream, agar-agar (gelatin), paprika. Take the amount of agar-agar or gelatin according to the instructions on the package.
