Minced meat:
- 400 gram Beef

- Black pepper to taste
Main course:
- 4 pieces Potatoes
- 150 gram Hard cheese
- 100 gram Mozzarella
- 1 tablespoon Melted butter
- 1 tablespoon Sour cream
- 10 pieces Pistachios for filing
Instructions
- Wash the potatoes, peel them and cut them into thin slices.
- Grate half of the hard cheese on a fine grater, spread it on baking paper and place it in a baking tray (standard). Spread out the potato slices, overlapping. Baking paper should be taken of good quality, so that it does not stick.
- In this way, spread out all the potatoes, sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. Place in a preheated oven for 25 minutes, at 180-190 degrees. From the density of laying potato slices depends on whether the break of the roll when baking, I prefer a natural beautiful tear when baking.
- At this time, prepare the mince. Chop the beef in a meat grinder ( large grid), add salt and pepper.
- Add the dried (fried) onion and crushed dried garlic, mix, fry the minced meat on a mixture of vegetable and ghee oils, 5-7 minutes.
- On the baked potatoes, spread the minced meat, pieces of melted butter, slightly retreating from the edges.
- On minced grated mozzarella.
- Roll it into a tight roll, using parchment.
- Grease the roll with sour cream and send it to the oven, bake for another 15 minutes, 200-210 degrees.
- Using a wide knife, carefully transfer to a serving dish.
